360 Tours —
his photos were great, clients just couldn't explore them

A real estate photographer had started shooting 360° panoramas, but they sat flat on the page — just images. He needed buyers to be able to step inside a property and look around.

/ THE PROBLEM

Great photos, no way to explore them

The client ran a business helping real estate agents market properties with photography. He'd recently started offering 360° panoramas — but the photos just sat flat on the page. Buyers couldn't walk through them, and agents had no interactive way to show a property online.

He needed something that turned those panoramas into a tour — clickable, explorable, and easy enough for him to manage on his own.

/ WHAT I BUILT

A WordPress plugin for walkable 360° tours

Since his site was already on WordPress, I built it as a plugin. He uploads a 360° image, places hotspots visually, and links them to other scenes. The result is a self-contained virtual tour — pan, zoom, click a hotspot, move to the next room. Embeddable on any page with a shortcode.

  • 360° panorama viewer with pan, zoom, and drag
  • Visual hotspot editor — click to place, link to another scene
  • Multi-scene tours with smooth transitions
  • Managed entirely from the WordPress dashboard
/ THE RESULT

Interactive tours are now part of every listing package

The photographer now offers walkable virtual tours as a standard add-on to his real estate packages. Agents embed them directly into property listings — buyers explore the space before they ever book a viewing.
